DV转6.1头像怎么都是网址?

即使我上传了一个新头像,而且新图像也保存成功了,但我返回头看看我的头像,还是网址,如下图所示:

请问什么原因啊?

同时有的时候还出现下面的提示,不知道什么原因,偶然就会出现!
不懂是什么原因?出现的位置在网页的最顶端
