插件安装问题~！诚信请教，急

各位大侠，我在论坛里下载了一些插件，好像停车位什么的~根据安装说明下载以后，解压到相关的盘里！但是根据说明运行，却没有什么反映，是不是哪里错了帮忙看一下


我：运行 http://UCHOME地址/house_install.php

还有我的论坛是下载在本机，用aspMSERV。
是XP系统！
