UC1.5.1+UCH2.0+DZ7.2 UTF-8繁體中文安裝問題

我下載了UC1.5.1_UCH2.0_DZ7.2_TC_UTF8.zip, 解壓後upload到server, 也跟足指示把以下文年夾及其下的文伡改為 777

chmod 777 -R ./ucenter/data/
chmod 777 -R ./home/config.php
chmod 777 -R ./home/data
chmod 777 -R ./home/attachment/
chmod 777 -R ./home/uc_client/data/
chmod 777 -R ./bbs/attachments

chmod 777 -R ./bbs/templates/
chmod 777 -R ./bbs/forumdata/
chmod 777 -R ./bbs/uc_client/data/

問題一

但當我在IE網址打上http://我自己真的的網址/install/index.php, 它出現以下error:

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

實在不明所以。


問題二
於是我笨笨地先裝ucenter1.5.1, 成功安裝了, 用始創者登入後, 在添加新應用內安裝 UCHome2.0, 它顯示成功安裝
(如下)
6.安裝完成程序數據安裝完成!

最後，請輸入您在用戶中心UCenter的用戶名和密碼
系統將自動為您開通站內第一個空間，並將您設為管理員!  
您的用戶名  
您的密碼  


但到了最後一步設為管理員, 我打入自己的用戶和密碼, 卻祇出現一個空白頁??????

我看UCenter顯示
應用列表添加新應用
如果出現「通信失敗」，請點擊「編輯」嘗試設置應用域名對應的 IP。

我在網址直接輸入UCHome的地址, 它可以顯示到首頁, 但登入還是一片空白。

問題三
我又在ucenter1.5.1, 用始創者登入後, 在添加新應用內安裝 Discuz7.2, 但又出現以下error   

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/hokar0/public_html/bbs/install/extvar.inc.php on line 138

line 138 是

請問各位大, 有誰知道我的問題到底出在那里???????????????
