UCenter 1.5.2在Linux上无法安装，请指教~~~急~~~~

我下载的UCenter 1.5.2
怎么没有 ./data/config.inc.php文件
无法安装
请问：是怎么回事啊？

./data
./data/avatar
./data/backup
./data/cache
./data/logs
./data/tmp
./data/view
./data/config.inc.php  这个文件我下载的压缩包里面没有
以上目录及其目录下的所有文件全部设置成777了
但我下载的UCenter 1.5.2版本里面没有./data/config.inc.php文件

安装错误提示：
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /txz/install/index.php could not be found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

希望能给出个解决方法  谢谢
