ComsenzEXP无法使用！！！怎么办？急呐！

我电脑有安装ComsenzEXP X1上次下载了个win7专用的系统垃圾清理的批处理，自从那次清理后，本地论坛就再也无法进入了！！！这是怎么回事？是不是那个批处理把论坛的文件个删了？但是我重装了ComsenzEXP后，还是照旧！！无法进入！！！这是怎么回事？？？？
