x1.5.1注册服务条款不显示及不发送欢迎信息临时解决方案

由于程序source\function\cache\cache_setting.php中屏蔽
brules', 'bbrulestxt','welcomemsg', 'welcomemsgtxt'等信息。屏蔽原因是：这些数据不经常使用，如果加载到$_G['setting']中占内存，所以单独查询

更改方法：
打开：source/class/class_member.php
找到

1. $bbrules = & $this->setting['bbrules'];
   
2.                 $bbrulesforce = & $this->setting['bbrulesforce'];
   
3.                 $bbrulestxt = & $this->setting['bbrulestxt'];
   
4.                 $welcomemsg = & $this->setting['welcomemsg'];

在$bbrules = & $this->setting['bbrules'];之前插入

1. $query = DB::query("SELECT * FROM ".DB::table('common_setting')." WHERE skey IN ('bbrules', 'bbrulesforce', 'bbrulestxt', 'welcomemsg', 'welcomemsgtitle', 'welcomemsgtxt', 'inviteconfig')");
   
2.                          while($setting = DB::fetch($query)) {
   
3.                                  $this->setting[$setting['skey']] = $setting['svalue'];
   
4.                          }
