爬下求各位大哥大姐帮帮我把!APACHE莫名的停止

机器配置:双智强2.0.内存1G.windows 2003 SP1+KV2006下载版 (注册用户)
WEB配置:APACHE 2.055+PHP-5.1.2+MYSQL4.0.26+ZendOptimizer-2.6.2
使用代码:DISCUZ论坛(最新版本)+DiY-Page_3.5.3_SC_GB2312

问题症状1.在DOS下启动APACHE的时候有个错误提示0.0.0.0:80(OS 100049)//这个我估计是没有设置DNS就设置了个端口,但是还是可以启动WEB服务的.

2.从新启动机器,WEB正常启动,当我启动DIR-PAGE的后台修改一些数据,或着设置BBS的配置的时候,就会失去服务器的响应.//只能通过远程登陆,APACHE停止,然后启动.不过过一会似乎就不行了.

做过的尝试
1.从新安装系统.去官方下载的版本.
2.从新配置APACHE.和PHP和MYSQL
3.memory_limit = 20M ===>900MB(post_max_size = 20M 闪存容量//请教这个用修改么?)
4.....N多篇前人的经验.

如何在操作系统下修改网卡的MAC地址

Win下如何修改MAC地址[/color:b644814fd4]

1. 显示修改前的MAC地址:
   C:\>ipconfig /all
        Adapter
        Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : 00-E0-3C-00-11-28
2. 打开注册表编辑器
                    开始->运行->REGEDIT
3.打开HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E972-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}子键，
  在该子键下的0000,0001,0002..等分支中查找DriverDesc,找到和网卡对应的子键，比如0002子键
4.再0002子键下新建一个字符串项，命名为NetworkAddress，（途中E）键值设为修改后的MAC地址，
  要求为连续的12个16进制数,如:1234567890AB。
5.然后再0002下的NDI\PARAMS中新建一个名为NetworkAddress的子键，
  在该子键下添加名为default的字符串项，值为修改后的MAC地址，与上面的数值相同。
  实际上这只是设置在后面提到的高级属性中得出是值，
  实际使用的MAC地址还是取决于在第4步中设定的NetworkAddress参数，
  而且一旦设置后，高级属性中的值就是NetworkAddress给出的值而非默认值了。
6.在NetworkAddress的逐渐先继续添加名为ParamDesc的字符串项，其作用为指定的NetworkAddress主键的描述，
  其值可为”MAC address”或”Network Address”,
  这样在相应网卡项中的高级设值中就存在一个”Network Address”的选项,
  就是在注册表中加的新项NetworkAddress，以后只要再次修改MAC地址就可以了，关闭注册表，重新启动,就可以生效了

还是用一会就死了 估计就 能 用APA1.33了
