[求助] 可以帮助很多新人的问题：怎么在最新发布的帖子前加个图标

适用版本: Discuz! X2.5
浏览器: IE8 
使用模板: 官方模板

具体要怎么修改啊！求各位能详细点解答！




还有就是：论坛上传图片：上传不一样尺寸的图片，怎么样可以在帖子中以同样的尺寸来显示呢？
我设置了略缩图为300*200好像不顶用啊！
求各位帮帮忙，要怎么设置啊，或者用其他方式，：例如一个帖子里面有10张长宽尺寸不一样的图片，进入帖子后，不点击任何图片，帖子里的10张图片就可以幻灯片的形式来显示！求详细点解说！


还有就是论坛内容调用：我用的是DZX2.5灰红色简介模版...
点击右上角的→ DIY高级模式 →选择一个模块→点击编辑→选择属性→选择数据来源→问题在这里：我要调用全部板块的热门回复帖，但是模版数据来源中没有这个...我要怎么添加才可以呢？求详细点解答！
