出现禁止连接MYSQL server错误，问题出在那里？该如何做才行？我的是Windows 2003 下的IIS6.0。

Discuz! info: Can not connect to MySQL server

Time: 2006-5-22 6:45am
Script: /install.php

Error: Host '888666' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server
Errno.: 1130

Similar error report has beed dispatched to administrator before.
