为什么不能进phpmyadmin

我没有改过密码，我就用root登入，就说#1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

然后我密码打root就说#1251 - Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client
什么回事啊？
