MYSQL安装问题

我用的是Win2003 R2 64位系统安装MySQL5.1.14 64位版
每次安装完设置的时候到最后write configuration file总是显是红叉，提试
This application has failed to start because LIBMYSQL.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
请问怎么确决
反复装了Ｎ回了没一回不是这样的错误
