PhpMyAdmin 的问题

我已按照教程来搭建环境了，一切都很顺利，可是在PhpMyAdmin的环节里出了问题。
问题如下：
Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly

我肯定我的php的安装正确，可是却出了这么样的差错？

还有 webserver log file 去那里可以看到？
