请问数据转换中,应用程序错误是什么原因?

系统配置:

apche
php
mysql

原论坛是DVBBS7.0.1
ACCESS2000 数据库
数据库容量16.7M

配置完成后出现下图的窗口


点确定后,出现以下信息:
