It is not cool idea to enforce the discuz.net users to register at your site.
Moreover, your site require to wait for verification:

your user group(Pending) does not allowed to do this operation.

If you want to announce your package HERE, you must publish the direct download link HERE too.

You can activate your membership from your email box, this is normal procedure , if you do not want to download, this your problem

registed, cost creditspoint to download, unzip password...all of this doesn't matter,
but I think forcing users email activation account ...
it's violated everyone's privacy...

Email activations for spam and robots not for a privacy of members  and you can't imagine how long takes translates and at least you should say thank you  mrhaskey ! for works of the discuz.eu team.
