Which files are we supposed to edit to work on the translation? I realize there are a lot of .php files that seem to be written in English by default. Do you have any guide on which files we need to work on the translation?

I really like the idea and I hope you will be able to organize a good group for it. By the way, will the translation work with forums that are already installed, or does it have to be a brand new clean installation?

The current English version is installed for public.

I think the most easy way is copy, copy vbulletin, or mybb, or phpbb or something like that.
I have done some experiment several weeks ago, I'll continue the work this weekend.
But first of all, I might modify the template. The chinese word is short, but englsih word is too long, so I need increase the width of the page. I'll try.
