一个模版调用代码的问题！高手进来帮我

就是，调用最新回复贴时，怎么样在主题名前和后，加上版块名和发贴人ID名。
就像下面图一样。我要弄成第二张那种效果。我的代码附下面。谁帮我看看，这代码怎么改！
