请问一下，如果要变成下面这种效果，应该怎么修改。。。。

需要那么多么？？pw的就改一个就可以了。。随便加上一个不行么？每个版块一个一个的设置麻烦。。

为什么只能强制管理员和斑竹选择话题,而一般会员可以不选择话题呢,请求帮助!
