Runtime Error

有个很大的问题：我当前租用的虚拟主机是UTF－8的默认数据库，但现在因为要换一家公司的虚拟主机，他们也是MYSQL4.1，但是是latin1的默认编码，我改来改去，都不行，贴子都是乱码，有没有什么方法在导出的时候指定一下格式，我的意思是在后台里转换的时候选择用LATIN1编码导出，因为那里是可以选择用UTF－8的，从那里可以添加一下，如改一下脚本，这样好用后台来选择一下导出的格式，谢谢大家~~
