邮箱验证不了

uch的邮箱怎么验证不了

我在论坛搜索了相关的设置教程，测试的时候“意见已经发送成功”但邮箱里却收不到邮件

我分别用 163、21cn、sina、QQ的邮箱测试过，都无法收到邮件

您发的邮件内容被认为是垃圾邮件了
可以考虑更换下其他的邮件系统
