apache当机问题，请高手相助

最近apache老是出现当机现象，什么网站都打不开，重启服务后好用，下面粘出部分错误日志，希望高手帮忙看看，万分感谢

上面网站比较多，访问量一般，php是4.3.9的，apache是2.0.52，本人是新手，这两天apache当机的时间越来越短，希望大家帮帮我！还需要什么信息请告诉我，我贴出来！
