   In the Outlands, Nagrand is the first place you can really profit from with the Mage class. Over there you will find Voidspawns, knock those babies out and stock up on the Mote of Shadows and Motes of Fire. By now you should keep in mind that ten Mote of Shadows/Motes of Fire gets you a Primal Shadow/Primal Fire, if you don't know each Primal Shadow should get you about 30 in gold.
   The Torokkar forest around the Allerian Stronghold is another place you can make wow gold. There are two creatures you can take out in this area, one is Basilisks and another is the Warp Stalker. The Warp Stalker will give you Warped Flesh at a high drop rate. If you are smart you should have gotten the Skinning Profession because then you would be able to skin the Basilisks and get some Knothide Leather. That is a powerful combination that a lot of gamers don't think of. You can also get the Chunk O Basilisk which is equally valuable. You have the ability to stock up and make some serious profit this way. Make sure you got some big bags,wow gold, you'll need them.
   One tactic for higher level characters is AoE grinding, which involves using a character class, usually a Mage and getting a lot of mobs to gather around the character before unleashing a bunch of spells or attacks that will take out the entire group in short order. The trick to AoE grinding is to make sure that the amount of time and resources to take out the groups couldn't be better spent taking out mobs one by one. Remember that you'll probably need to sit and eat or drink to recover before taking on the next mob.
   Silithus is the good place to do AoE grinding. There are many humanoid mobs in this area; they usually tend to drop better stuff when killed, therefore being able to take out large mobs of humanoids in less time can help bring in a good amount of gold. The humanoids in Silithus have a tendency to drop runecloth, which can sell for a decent price at the AH. Once you've cleared a few groups, head back to the AH and sell off the stuff that dropped that you don't need. You'll get some good coin drops from these mobs too. There might be some stuff that you can sell to a vendor and get a decent price for as well.
