请教一下最新的IIS7+php5.3.0+mysql5.1.37+ZendOptimizer3.3.3的环境搭建教程

php 5.3.0的变化真大，已经完全不支持ISAPI了，只支持CGI，解压缩以后也没有php5isapi.dll这个文件了，而安装版的PHP5.3.0又分VC9 x86 Non Thread Safe和VC9 x86 Thread Safe，如何选择和配置，如何搭建环境呢，麻烦高手们详细解答下，谢谢。

Which version do I choose?
If you are using PHP with Apache 1 or Apache2 from apache.org you need to use the VC6 versions of PHP

If you are using PHP with IIS you should use the VC9 versions of PHP

VC6 Versions are compiled with the legacy Visual Studio 6 compiler

VC9 Versions are compiled with the Visual Studio 2008 compiler and have improvements in performance and stability. The VC9 versions require you to have the Microsoft 2008 C++ Runtime (x86) or the Microsoft 2008 C++ Runtime (x64) installed

Do NOT use VC9 version with apache.org binaries

本来iis7在phpcgi模式下是比ISAPI快的,所以现在基本新版本的php就忽略了isapi,微软官方文章里建议使用非安全线程版本的PHP(non-thread safe build of php)，但是由于该版本下的Zend Optimizer的启用会比较复杂，而大部分商业PHP程序都是离不开Zend Optimizer的，所以建议仍然采用安全线程版本的PHP即一般的windows zip版本就可以了

用5.2.11吧，5.3.0 zend不支持目前
