PHP需要怎么配置

目前是

通过 SOCKET 连接 SMTP 服务器发送(支持 ESMTP 验证)也无法收到信件，后台设置肯定正确

希望官方尽快解答

是独立服务器，或者说需要安装什么程序，请指点
