linux下url大小写不一样出错

在ucenter下admin.php 有
define('UC_API', strtolower(($_SERVER['HTTPS'] == 'on' ? 'https' : 'http').'://'.$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'].substr($_SERVER['PHP_SELF'], 0, strrpos($_SERVER['PHP_SELF'], '/'))));
strtolowper把url都转成大小写。linux对大小不同url是访问不同的页面的。在windows下就没问题。
大家有没有这样的疑问呢？
