今天在windows机器上装了7.0出错

权限设置完全控制了。。。
但是查了有人也碰到这个错误，也有是权限问题的。还有说二进制上传，我是直接服务器上下载解压缩，那也不存在这个问题。
奇怪了

重装一下PHP试试。

已经解决了，找了会，发现ss7需要父录设置可写
