uchome伪静态出问题

独立服务器，iis伪静态设置成功，网站开启伪静态功能，可以生成静态页面，但是不能访问。
uchome安装在根目录下，httpd.ini文件如下，其中包含dz的 ecshop的，以及uchone的伪静态代码，请高手分析下是哪出问题了。谢谢。
