.list th.new { background-image: url({IMGDIR}/forum_new.gif); }

把这两行改成

.list th { 5px 10px no-repeat; padding-left: 10px !important; }

.list th.new { 5px 10px no-repeat; padding-left: 10px !important; }

替换后记得更新缓存！
