config.php文件中uc的ip填写错误或者uchome的应用id与uc后台的不对应造成的，检查
define('UC_IP'
define('UC_APPID'
可以登陆uc后台，编辑uchome这个应用，将里面最下面的应用的 UCenter 配置信息: 复制一份，将uchome的config里面的对应信息替换下
可以参考这里http://faq.comsenz.com/viewnews-880进行排查
