玻璃女孩，我的UCH2.0邮件发送不成功，请帮忙

我用的是VPS,win2003的......我按照官方的UCH后台设置邮件了，但是还是发送不成功

日志文件201003_sendmail.php内容如下：

看日志的错误提示是链接不上SMTP服务，你服务器开启25端口了吗，可以检查一下

怎么开启25端口啊，第一次用VPS，好多不懂的
