机器翻译一般我们不会推荐, ... 但google translation功能加入现有网站是很容易的，请使用搜索引擎搜索。

切换插件, 目前有人在写, 不过可能只有收费的; comsenz未来版本会有多语言切换功能, 具体时间不详.

I have some experiense in such tasks. For example, my version of UCHome 2.0 allready have multilanguage support and a language switcher.
