【DZX1.5】官方页头二级导航栏广告(加强版)

用户可以在管理中心 => 扩展 => 站点广告中通过广告位示意图直观地看到广告的展示位置，选择全局页头二级导航栏广告，即可进行添加广告的操作。

因为过于单调空间过于狭窄而导致不能列出多个地址所以采用了DX本身的下拉列表功能与其结合.
