Discuz!X 1.5 EN-UTF8 by vot

The English localization of Discuz!X v.1.5 (last release from 25.11.2010) was finished.

Discuz!X v.1.5 English Version. by vot

Changelog:

1. Translated to English all the Chinese strings
   encoded with HTML code like &#NNNN;

06.12.2010:
1. All the language files translated to English
2. Added a javascript language file (English)
3. All the javascript files modified for Multi Language usage
4. All the images translated to English
  (You can find the Photoshop images in /PSD/ directory)
5. All other files translated to English (.xml, .css, etc.)
6. Database structure modified for european languages (most of fields expanded)
7. Some styles modified for more wider fields
8. UCenter upgraded to v.1.5.2+
9. Upgrade/Convert utilities translated to English
10. All the Discuz!X "/readme/" files translated to English
11. UCenter API Development Guide translated to English

NOT LOCALIZED only regional database /install/data/common_district_1..3.sql
because of it is not needed for european users, and there is a tool in the admin-center for add/edit regions and cities.
So, everybody can localize his regions by himself...

我也碰到了同样的问题。
在FIREFOX下正常，但在IE下，编辑器不显示。
怀疑是JS代码编码问题，但没找到问题所在。
