求助。html和body分别使用不同的背景文件为什么在1.5不显示？

大家看上面这段代码，明明在HTML中可以使用。
但是在DX1.5里面我修改了页头文件。却只显示body的背景。html的背景不显示、
另外我是想时间双层背景叠加！
底层背景用 repeat-x 平铺。父背景用 no-repeat
都用透明图片。让两层背景都能显示
请问各位还有其他方法实现这个功能没？
