转换空间，数据库出错，造成访问超慢

因为原来的空间到期了，就再买 个不同的。自己FTP备份空间内容，然后让服务商帮我把数据库备份过去。可是使用下来，发现超级的慢，每打开一个贴子，都要10秒以上。www.xmadsl.com
后来慢慢询问，发现在是数据库表损坏，如：s494878db0.cdb_members         repair         Error         Can't find file: 'cdb_members' (errno: 2)
这样的内容等等，像这样的要如何修复呢？
服务商跟我说，用他们自带的phpmyadmin也修复不了的。有这方面的高手指点一下吗

用了TOOLS，不懂得有没有用错，好像是没有找到数据库吧。
都是0 大家帮我看下，哪里有错呢？

现在用TOOLS修复，点的是5次修复的，大家看下，好像没有效果，仍然是这一些。


出错的是这样的，我全部复制进来。

让空间商那边直接用mysql的自带工具或者命令进行修复一下（myisamchk、repair）

数据表有问题 了。。
