全新安装,在注册新用户的时候,输入中文字符,点击检测后出错:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, tony_liua7@21cn.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

到主机上查看Apache的错误日志,显示:

我猜应该是字符设置的问题吧,可是不知道从哪里修改解决.请指点.
