终于完成X2正式版本英文版的细节翻译

已完成了 论坛 門戶 以及群组这3个位置 其他地方还在弄,,, 到时侯发布了 欢迎提意見喔~

I will correct some errors on sight.

Grammars related:
Fix "can enter 80 character" -> "80 character(s) remaining"
Fix "smiles" -> "Smilies"
Fix "Stick thread" -> "Sticky Thread".
Fix "20 Seconds saved" -> "Auto saving in 20 seconds" or "20 seconds until the next auto saving"
Fix "Narrow" -> "Collapse"

To keep the whole English translation look more professonal and constancy.
Following just some suggestions:

1. Cap all the first letter of words, instead some of them in the cap, and some in the lower cap.
2. You need to cap the abbreviations. Example: HTML, [IMG], URL, etc.
3. Keep some option description as short as possible. Example: Desc View instead of "Show replies in reverse order"
