不使用就相当于不统计而且也不算工资了，所以要选择只统计不算分

后面那个我到时改下，感谢提醒

基本工资那一项怎么统计。是不是直接按月给工资。

按照发放周期付工资。

基本工资是属于必定给予工资的项目，而且不参与评分和考核。
