http://bbs.vip2.iisicp.com 就是iis7的 支持伪静态

同问：
Windows Server 2008 R2 With SP1 x64
IIS7.5+PHP5.3.6+MY SQL 5.5+Wincache1.1+URLRewrite2+Memcache1.2.6，(FASTCGI)成功。
但是我现在有一个问题，地址已经伪静态了，比如打开：
http://192.168.0.23/forum-2-1.html （默认版块）
http://192.168.0.23/thread-1-1-1.html （默认版块中的第一个帖子）
打开链接出现 "HTTP 404 未找到" 错误。但Archiver伪静态没有问题，

另外就是微软的URL WRITE 2这个东西应该怎么使用啊。我以前是弄过ISAPI伪静态，我现在想试试这个，必竞是微软自己的产品。
