Discuz! X2 Multi-language

Hi all!
I've just modify the new discuz! X2 and want you test it for meThe first version i've added two language (en_US, vi_VN) because i'm realease it for VietNam people but you china guys can testing it (i didn't modified words and phrase)
Here is yours ;)
I hope you can dev more functions for this ;)

well, he translated your thread, with lots of words using on the internet. So if you try to translate it via google, maybe it won't work
