“该 Email 地址已被注册”能不能只针对已经验证的邮箱?

       这个问题其实已经有人提过，但没有解决，刚好今天我碰到这个问题，所以再次提一下。
       为了防止那些发垃圾广告的人，所以我开启了邮箱验证功能，对于那些屡教不改的人，直接封邮箱。
       现在的问题，有人随便注册邮箱，结果导致他自己无法完成注册，同时也把别人的邮箱给占了。所以要是这个“该 Email 地址已被注册”对这些随便填写E-mail地址的人使用了，那真正的人就无法注册了。
       这个问题比较重要，希望官方能重视。

我不知道为什么，验证邮箱之后，你退出登录，有时候会说用户名不存在，这是为什么啊？后来你在注册相同的用户名时，他又提醒说该用户名已被注册，希望帮我解答

这不可能啊！从注册到退出登录不到10分钟，是验证码验证之后，登录不了啊
