International DiscuzX 2.0 (Multi-Lingual)

I have prepared my own International DiscuzX version (Multi-Lingual).

Thanx for idea to "vituocgia" ( www.msg2me.com/space-uid-839.html ) !
Two years ago I wanted to make a more complex solution, with rewriting the post parser and the templater,
but still have not found a time for this...
vituocgia's idea seems me more simple than my one, and I have decided to realize his algorithm in my version,
because it can be realized more faster.

For now I'm planning to create some separate language packs.
English and Chinese packs are done allready.
For future I want to deal with Russian, Deutsch, Vietnamese and Espanol...

I'm inviting independent developers to participate in creating new language packs for International DiscuzX!

All the source code is placed allready in a public SVN repository.
You can upgrade your English version to International version any time, and for free.
English is a default language pack, integrated into the product package.
For now I'm preparing the Chinese (SC-UTF8) language pack (it is still under testing).

You are right, all the announces here looks like advertising.
But most of developers here does not require money from you, it is for free.
So it is not AD, but only "Announce".

For now I finished 2 language packs: English + Chinese.
Now in working: Vietnamise + Arabic + Russian.
I'll try to show this languages in a few days.
Glad to get your help in the translation bugfixing!
