最新版本 发不了贴，发帖出现错误， Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '/'

用 Comsenz 系统维护工具箱 3.0UC 检查 ：

---------论坛根目录下没有检测到有错误的php文件.
---------模板缓存目录(forumdata/templates)
16_7_discuz.tpl.php ---错误:
