无法找回云平台

显示内容如下：

按照提示上传了修复文件，但是无法修复打开修复连接就会显示那些英文

服务器访问不到那个文件，你传那个文件到你服务器相应的目录了吗，你前后域名更换过吗？
建议你表达详细点，最好有截图，有说明，方便我们排查问题

知道什么原因了：不支持UTF-8，把他转成UTF-8后就可以了
