谢谢设置说明，辛苦了。
希望能像听说的PW一样，能自动发放勋章，而不是需要申请后，才自动发放。
勋章是给予会员用户的一种荣誉感象征，而不该搞成像是“乞丐”死皮赖脸去“申请”。
必要的需要核查确认，再“手动”发放，这没问题。
希望DZ能尽快完善勋章中心的请求，就像“用户组”等级与积分策略设置一样方便。
