mysql突然不能启动了，高手指教一下

我的discuz搭建之后一直zhengchang，在一次注册表清理之后，论坛上不了了显示：
Discuz! info: Can not connect to MySQL server

Time: 2006-4-18 4:30am
Script: /index.php

Error: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)
MySQL服务没有启动，请启动该服务

Similar error report has beed dispatched to administrator before.

好像是mysql傻了，检查过没有mysql的进程，奇怪，去服务那里看看，没有开，手动start
出现
could not start the mysql service on local computer
error 3: the system cannot find the path specified

似乎是目录有问题，但是我从来没有改动过任何东西，在环境变量中加入了mysql所在路径
还是不行

把my.ini copy to c:\windows下面，也不行

请问是什么问题啊
