Problem with IP

Hello! My name is Missy and I'm bulgarian. I'm a regular member of one forum using Discuz! (www.actionforjoongi.com) but resently I changed my internet provider and now the site see my Ip as bad one and block me everytime I try to open it. I'm sorry if thes is no the right place to ask, but it was the only one idea I have. And really need help.

you can use  DOS print"ping www.actionforjoongi.com"

if you can't send packets across this IP.

ip has been blocken. .

But what can I do to unblock it? I just change my internet provider, it's not fair to stay blocked.
