开启防水墙网站出现数据库错误

只要防水墙开启后，每天早上数据库都会出现以下错误，phpmyadmin修复没用，tools修复没用，使用之前的数据库备份覆盖也没用，现在被逼无奈只好关闭防水墙，关闭后网站一切正常。这问题怎么解决，网站: 六安论坛 www.la-bbs.net  

• [Type] 查询语句错误
• [1146] Table Databasename.security_failedlog' doesn't exist
• [Query] DELETE FROM security_failedlog WHERE failcount >= 5
  

可以去数据库重新建一下这个表

具体如何操作，有没有图文教程，www.8hy.org已遇到同样情况,现在只能将防水墙关闭了
