UG爱好者论坛title设置问题？请求帮助

我的域名是WWW.UGSNX.COM
如题，我现在想把每个版块里的贴子title改成：贴子名称+每个版块不同的title

明明看到别人可以的，我就是怎么搞也不行，要么就是全局 title也就是全论坛所有贴子都是：贴子名称+同一个title

有没有知道怎么设置独立设置成：贴子名称+每个版块不同的 title的？

是直接修改后台参数还是要动到template\default\common\header_common.htm这个文件？
我现在header_common.htm目前的内容如下：
