1.首先找到设置（Settings）图标并点击
2.选择通用， 网络， VPN（General –> Network –> VPN ）
3.添加 VPN 设置（Add VPN Configuration.）
4.在弹出窗口内输入相关信息（Then use the VPN settings for your device.）
* 服务器= VPN服务器的域名或者地址.4G加速器具有多个地点供选择，详情请咨询在线客服QQ79489289。例如：174.34.155.14线路
* 账号 = 你的4G加速器账号，
* RSA SecurID = OFF
* 密码 = 账号密码
* 密钥= 一般忽略.
* Send all traffic = ON 发送所有数据，默认选上。
5.点击存储， 然后选中这个连接并开启VPN （After VPN configuration has done, then you would find the option to turn VPN on or off in the Settings. Before start VPN in the setting , first turn of / disable Wi-Fi on your iPad. Start iPad VPN and wait it is connected successfully (the status bar would has the VPN icon).）
6.用浏览器打开国外网站，如youtube ,twitter,facebook等
