为啥这里提供的E文版本是需要导入数据库的？

how to:

1.extract the zip file to local pc, upload all files to your server, then import demo.sql to your mysql server [with phpmyadmin].

2.modify config files [under /config]

3.login to admin panel, username:admin, password:admin;

4.update cache, thats all.

我的问题是：
为什么要采用这种安装方式！不能想中文版那样通过 install.php 来安装吗？
